Adult Spring Classes
Many of the spring classes
being offered for adults at
the JCC are beginning this
week. If you are interested in
any of these (the information
was in the J anuary
“Charlotte Jewish News”),
call Sara Schreibman at the
JCC (366-0357).
The following classes are
beginning later this month or
the first of March.
Remember: Classes will be
cancelled one week prior to
the starting date if registra
tions are insufficient. If you
are interested in a class —
don’t delay — register today!
COMPUTE!: An introduc
tory course “Getting to
Know Personal Computers’*
for the would be purchaser,
the curious or the novice.
This class will be held on
Tuesdays, February 9th &
16th from 7 - 9 p.m. at the
Academy of Computer
Science in the IN A Building
across from Cotswold Shop
ping Center. The fee is $18
for JCC Members and $27 for
non-members.
CANDY MAKING: Henry
Ohland of Grandma's Candy
Kitchen will show you the
many things you can do with
chocolates! In this total*par
ticipation class you'll melt,
pour and mold chocolates in
all-theme and Jewish molds.
This class will be on Wednes
day. February 24th from 7:30
- 9:30 p.m. or Thursday.
February 25th from 9:30 -
11:30 a.m. and the fee is $4
for JCC Members and $6 for
non-members.
