LEADERSHIP CIRCLE.
They anticipate being joined
by other dedicated leaders
who will make a minimum
pledge of $10,000 to the
Federation Campaign. The
LEADERSHIP CIRCLE will
meet at reguleir intervals dur
ing the year for briefings on
community and world-wide
issues.

Vietnam War Memorial:
North Carolina has cleared the
way for construction of a Viet
nam Wcu- memorial to start at
a rest area on 1-85 near Lex
ington. Gov. Jim Martin plans
to attend the ground-breaking
at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 11. Charlotte
architect Robert Gunn de
signed the memorial.
