Community Health Services held its first Senior Health Clinic at the JCC for persons over 55 on Jan. 19. Blood pressure and pulse were check ed and a urinalysis was given. The next clinic will be held on Wed., April 29 from 10 a.m.- noon. On this date, a glaucoma test will be administered as well as a blood pressure and pulse check. In July, hemoglobin and blood sugar will be tested followed by flu vaccines in October. There is a $5 annual fee for the four clinics. The A ARP is sponsoring a free tax counseling clinic at the “J” in the Chai lounge every Wednesday from 2-7 p.m. through April 15.
