Swim Lessons American Red Cross Lifesruard Training Course The New Professional An advanced lifesaving certificate used to be good enough. Now pool managers want greater sophistication. They’re looking for water safety specialists, men and women who are trained to assume the responsibilities of a lifeguard. You’ll learn to handle emergencies in and around the water — to perform water rescues and search and recovery operations. But safety isn’t the whole story. You’ll also learn about the types and uses of equipment, health and sanitation in spections, and supervision of water front areas. Aqua Fit This exciting class uses the water to achieve fitness. Ex ercises are done in shaUow water so no swimming ability is required. Open to men and women of any age or physical condition. Aqua Aerobics A new faster paced water exercise class with the em phasis on Aerobics. Give your heart and body a workout.
