Sessions include warm-up. stretching in struction, muscular strength and endurance, aerobic/cardiovascular strength and endurance, and cool down. There is no charge to those persons who have a Medicare B card and all others will be charged $10.00. PNUEMONIA VACCINE The Pnuemonia vaccine is given only once in a lifetime. A doctor’s note is required in order to receive this vaccine for those younger than 65. The vaccine is free to those who have a Medicare B card and the char^ to others is $20.00.
