Each of us must be aware of any attempts to erode the delicate bal ance of government. Our responsibility is to protect the con stitutional concepts of separation of church and state upon which the country was so adeptly created. JHA DAS S/^ Hadassah provides us all with the programs and advocacy initiatives to help us make that happen. Washington and Lincoln are role models for genera tions of men, women and children; they are heroes who became larger than life through their ground break ing ideas and the courage and dedication to implement those concepts into reality. We in Hadassah are indeed for tunate to continue to have remark able role models who exemplify this kind of courage and foresight. Now it’s our turn, as active partic ipants in our American society and as dedicated members of Hadassah, to become role models for the future. That’s what leader ship is all about. Through words and deeds, Washington and Lincoln achieved and accom plished monumental changes in our country. It is up to us to con tinue to protect that heritage and leave a legacy for the generations to come. ^ Ages and Stages Hadassah Health Program February 19 Subject to availability and qualifications.
