Newcomer Schmooze

Learn about the Charlotte Jewish Community while meeting new friends.
Newcomer Schmoozes are co-sponsored by the Jewish Federation and the Levine JCC.
Complimentary bagels, coffee and juice are served. All ages are welcome.

YAD Cooking Class and Tzedakah Project
4-6:30 PM, Izzy’s Cafe, 5668 International Drive
Join the Jewish Federation's Young Adult Division for a cooking class, and do something good for
someone else. We’ll be eating dinner together while cooking meals to donate to JFS. $15;

The Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation (YAD) offers young Jewish singles, couples
and new area residents (ages 21-45) a broad range of social, educational, and philanthropic
opportunities as a means to enhance commitment and connection to the Federation and its mis
