The worldwide Butterfly Project creates hand-painted ceramic butterflies in memory of the 1.5 million children who perished in the Holocaust. The Ben-Gurion Society is Federation’s new giving level for young adults 21-45 who make a donation to Federation’s Annual Campaign of $1,000 or more per household. The BGS is presented by the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte and sponsored by SunTrust.
