♦ At what age should you consider buying long term
care insurance. You will be surprised to know why and
how buying at a younger age is better for you.

Ohr HaTorah New Building
Campaign (Continued from page 13)
Arthur Oudmayer, who is
spearheading this project and has
designed the innovative look of
the building, explains that “ohr”
means light, so paying homage to
the architecture of a light-house
was a natural progression for the
direction of our building’s archi
tecture. Having this “beacon”
form the focal point of our
approach allowed us to develop
the remainder of the space around
this general theme, with special
attention being paid to natural
light and finishes throughout.
“This new building elevates the
campus to a new level of diversity,
housing varied programs and ini
tiatives and serving as a multi
function facility that engages the
entire community,” said Arthur.
Lubavitch of North Carolina
has established educational insti
tutions, organizations and pro
grams for people of all ages and
backgrounds. Here is a list of a
few of the major ones:
* Jewish Preschool on Sardis: A
Licensed Five Star Preschool that
excels in early childhood develop
ment and that educates and guides
children to make sense of our ever
changing world.
* Congregation Ohr HaTorah:
An Orthodox Synagogue with an
unorthodox approach to every Jew
regardless of background or affili
ation. Junior Congregation,
Women of Worth, Kiddie Kiddish,
Shabbatons, Jewish Lecture Series
and Bat Mitzvah Club are just
some of the many programs that
Ohr HaTorah boasts.
* Jewish Learning Institute:
Charlotte’s Premier Institute for
Adult Jewish Education offers a
varied and stimulating range of
courses that inspire the individual
and promote personal growth.
* The Friendship Circle:
Cultivating relationships between
teen volunteers and children with
special needs. 21 Families, 25

dents.
