The Teen Coalition is putting on a spring earnival for under privileged and spe eial needs ehildren. There will be games, balloons, food, prizes and more. All of this is the eharlotte way of partieipating in a nationwide day of Jewish teen serviee. * A taste of Hebrew High is a new event this year. All Jewish rising 8th graders and their par ents are invited to eome and try out some of our most popular Hebrew high elasses. The students and adults will experi- enee art, text study, Israeli advoea- ey, and some surprises. They will surely learn that Hebrew high is the plaee for Jewish teens to be on Wednesday nights. Publishers are aetually fighting over poets, and a new generation has developed a taste for verse.” If you are eurious about poetry or love poetry or, even, write poetry, we eneourage you to join us for an informal morning of sharing.
