For the fifth year in a row, Belk is sponsoring the opening program of the Jewish Federation’s Women’s Professional Network. Arlene Goldstein, Viee- President of Fashion Direetion and Speeial Events for Belk, will present fall’s best looks ineluding the hottest eosmetie trends of the season. “Beeause this is sueh a great evening, the Women’s Professional Network is invit ing all women in our eommuni- ty to join us,” said Kelly Gaines, WPN Chair. Therefore, all women who support the Jewish Federation Annual Campaign with a minimum household donation of $180 are weleome to attend. The Women’s Professional Network offers women the opportunity to engage soeially and eonneet with a eause. The WPN Steering Committee is wrapping up plans for 2012 - 2013 programs. Steering Committee members are Kelly Gaines, ehair; Vieki Parker, viee-ehair; Jill Baliek, Sharon Laehow Blumberg, Lisa Davidson, Fern Ingber Epley, Mindy Kirshbaum, Jenn Koss, Claire Kruseh, Laurie Smith, and Alyson Grossman Traw. A soeial aetion allianee between WPN and Shalom Bayit, NC was introdueed in November 2011. Creating awareness of domestie abuse in the Jewish eommunity and beyond will eontinue to be a foeus of WPN.
