During the Annual Meeting, the 2013-2014 slate of offieers and Board of Trustees will be presented, and an eleetion will be held. Anyone eontributing at least $36 to the Annual Campaign is eonsidered a voting member. Following the meeting, please join world renowned solo theater performer, Robbie Gringras, eelebrating the eom- plexities of life in Israel through stories and songs. Robbie Gringras tells his own personal story of aliyah, immigration to Israel, weaving together per sonal aneedotes and Is raeli musie. Gringras illustrates the diffieul- ties of the aliyah proeess with humor and love, talks about eulture shoek and shows Israel from a different perspeetive. Fie ereates an unforgettable ex- perienee strewn with humor, emotion, and warmth. Robbie Gringras is an inter national theatre artist, whose plays have been performed globally. He is also an eduea- tional eonsultant and a grad uate of the prestigious Jerusalem Fellows program. This position will be responsible for the oversight and execution of the public affairs agenda of the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte and rep' resents the interests of Charlotte Jewish community and its connection with Israel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Community Relations/Israel Advocacy & Awareness * Government Affairs * Missions to Israel * Partnership 2000 * Community Shaliach/Emissary Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in Jewish communal service or related field; previous media relations a plus. Candidates are expected to demonstrate full knowledge and understanding of Jewish values, community life and worldwide Jewish con cerns.
