Numberger will leeture on the

Dr. Ralph Numberger is a
widely aeelaimed speaker
who brings humor, eurrent
politieal insights and his-
torieal baekground to his
presentations. His amaz
ing sense of humor, soeia-
bility and depth of
knowledge about the view
of Israel from Washington
earned him aeeolades
when he spoke at Federa
tion’s Major Gift event in
2011.
Dr. Numberger is a Pro
fessor of International Re
lations at Georgetown
University. His artieles
have appeared in The
Washington Post, The
Washington Times, Miami
Herald, Los Angeles
Times, Baltimore Sun and
numerous seholarly jour
nals and magazines. His most
reeent book is entitled Lobbying
in America.
He served on Capitol Hill, in
the Exeeutive Braneh as a staff
member on the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee, and was
in the field of government rela
tions for twenty five years. In
addition. Dr. Numberger spent
over eight years as a Congres
sional Liaison for the Ameriean
Israel Publie Affairs Committee
(AIPAC).

6 PM on Wednesday, May 8 at Tem
ple Israel.
