Engaging the next generation of young aduits through a rich variety of pro grams has iong been one of the Federation’s top priorities. Now, with the establishment of NEXTGen Charlotte, we have a new platform to attract, engage, and retain the next gener ation of Jewish Charlotteans. This new initiative and branding brings together a variety of existing Federation pro grams focused on young Jewish Charlot teans, including the Bernstein Leadership Group, PJ Library, Shalom Baby, and social outings. More than simply a combination of these efforts, we are developing an entirely new model for building community within the 21- to 45-year-old age group, supported by a range of new programs and initiatives. Our goal is simple: Transformation. We are working to make our community a vibrant and meaningful home for young^Jews of every age, a place where meaning can be found in every facet of life, from professional to social, leadership development to cultural and more.
