' Thousands of young Jewish adults will gather in New Or leans for The Jewish Federa tions of North Ameriea’s (JFNA) TribeFest 2014. The marquee event for young Jews will gather major speakers, hit musieal aets, and seores of lead ing Jewish organizations under the Jewish Federations’ tent in the Big Easy, Mareh 16-18. TribeFest 2014, based at the Sheraton New Orleans, will fea ture transformational program ming to engage and inspire young Jews. Programs will foeus on issues sueh as Jewish environmentalism, so eial aetivism in Israel, Jews in pop eulture, and more. “TribeFest provides a lens for young adults to see the var ious ways they ean engage and partieipate in Jewish life in their eommunities,” said Jerry Sil verman, president and CEO of JFNA. “We have seen the pro found effeets that this exeiting and inspirational program has on Jewish young adults. We look forward to traveling to New Orleans next year, and have already begun to build an outstanding program.” The eost per person for reg istration for TribeFest is $450 prior to January 20 and $499 after.
