CJN (eharlottejewishnewseedition.eom) and a newly
revamped website (eharlottejewishnews.org). Our Faee-

and we are elose to establishing our Twitter and Insta-
gram aeeounts. You ean help by visiting our website,
liking us on Faeebook, and following us on Twitter and
Instagram.
And you ean help by making a voluntary subserip-

revenue is our advertising in this print edition and as
the eost of paper and postage and establishing an online

Please remember that there are some ageneies in
Shalom Park that would not be able to get their mes

ean support those ageneies by supporting us. Please
eonsider a small tax-deduetible donation. A return en
velope has been inserting into the paper this month for
your eonvenienee.
Todah rabah.

Apple Picking with PJ Library
More than 180 kids, parents, and grandparents joined PJ Library and the Jewish Federation for
our Annual Rosh Flashanah Apple Pieking at Carrigan Farms. Our group got a ehanee to experienee
an age-old holiday tradition first hand - pieking some delieious apples from the orehards and learn
ing how honey is made.
In addition to a bag full of fresh apples, eaeh family took home a Rosh Flashanah goody bag
eompliments of the Jewish federation and our benefieiary ageneies: Charlotte Jewish Presehool,
Levine JCC, Levine-Sklut Judaie Library, and the Jewish Presehool on Sardis.
