Dr. Hoffman has a long list of bona fides that qualify him to speak about the Israeli peaee proeess. He has a Ph.D. in War Studies from King’s College in London and served on defense. foreign affairs, and publie diplo- maey eommittees while a member of the Knesset. He served as ad viser to both the Ministers of De fense and Health on the subjeet of international eo-operation. He was personal assistant to Prime Minis ter Yitzehak Rabin and eoordi- nated the Israeli delegation that negotiated peaee with Syria. And he is the eo-founder of the Inter national Poliey Institute for Counter-terrorism.
