The Charlotte Jewish News - November 2016 - Page 14 Henry Hirschmann Honored with a “Quilt of Valor” Henry Hirschmann was among several veterans honored Satur day, October 1, at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center. The Cabarrus Quilters Guild women presented homemade quilts to the veterans during this special trib ute. The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover serv ice members and veterans touched by war with comforting and heal ing Quilts of Valor.
