Graff, USN (Ret.), Commanding Officer of the Navy Pre-Flight School here since Novem ber, 1942, were held last Saturday afternoon in Kenan Stadium. On the extreme left is pictured Comdr. Graff as he delivered his farewell speech, while on the right, Lieut. Comdr. Raugh, USNR, the new Com manding Officer, is shown as he addressed the officers, cadets, enlisted men, and visitors present for the special occasion. The center photo, above, shows Comdr. Graff, seated at his desk, with Lieut. Comdr. Raugh, standing. The latter served as Executive Officer under Comdr. Graff. Lieut. Comdr. James P.
