At the ends Warren Anderson, Melbourne Sheehan, Wally Schu macher and Wayne Harding did yeoman work throughout. The tackle spots were handled by George Lorentz, Ben Lum, Ray Bray, Leland Yager, George Copeland and Dan Williams. Ker- mit Atkinson, Gene Flick, Austin Gandy, and Bill Clements were the guard standouts, and Joe Part ington, Wesley Coleman and Ralph Huneycutt did a fine job at center. The starting backfield of Otto Graham, Spec Sanders, Bill Wil son and Stan Koslowski got fine relief work from J. T. Levay, Buell St. John, Dan Weitekamp and Frank Aschenbrenner.
