SAFETY NEWS By; Bill Passmore The Safety Teams and I would like to wish you a safe and happy holiday season. We have had a better year in safety at this facility than in the past several years. At this time we are below our incident rate goal of 5.5. Let's make 1992 a great year for working safely. SAFETY SENSE Machines, they have no feelings and they wouldn't mind at all to bite a piece of you off and spit on the wall. I know this sounds a little gross and possibly profane, but it's happened here before and yes, it could again. Accidents do happen, that's a sorry fact that's true. The best way to avoid them is really up to you. No one has an answer to cover all events, but the first word in safety is Simply Common Sense. This article was copied from the Hoosier Newsletter, Noblesville, Indiana Plant/September 1991. FISHING CLUB NEWS GARY HUFFSTETLER won the Fish of the Month award for November.
