PARTNERSHII- '92 By: Mike Roland Our plant was represented very well by the SCRAM Team at Partnership '92 in Hopewell, Virginia. The five individuals representing Gastonia were JUSTINE JETER, MARGARET WHITAKER, DEREE WATSON, MACIE GARREN, and CATHEY TATE. The entire Splicing Department and SCRAM Team deserve a special thanks for their hard work on reducing splice failures. Congratulations to every Process Improvement Team at the Gastonia Plant. We are all winners because of you. SCRAM would also like to thank MR. RAMSEY and MR. ANAND for making their trip possible. SPECIAL NOTICE!i There seems to be some confusion about what does and does not count against the annual bonus, as far as absenteeism is concerned. Leave of absence for any reason, medical, personal or whatever, counts against us in the bonus. At this time we have nine people on leave of absence.
