ROSS AND BLACKMON PROMOTED
K. E. Ross formerly Director of Ticketing
and Reservations has been promoted to the
position of Superintendent of Stations
succeeding Mr, R. E. Turbiville who is
now General Traffic Manager,
Mr. W.A, "Will" Blackmon has been pro
moted to the position of Supervisor of
Ground Operations, responsible for all
matters pertaining to the operation of the
- 2 -
aircraft at all stations. These duties include
ATC and Communications procedures ,
weather, ground handl ing of aircraft,weight
and balance, loading and refueling.
Mr. Blackmon will work directly for
J. W. Lewis, Assistant to'the ^,y--fce
President.
