WORTHY GRAND MATRON
VISITS HIGHLANDS
Miss Edmonson entertained at
the Rainwater Estate with a tea
given for the visiting Grand Offi
cers of the Grand Chapter of North
Carolina, Order of the Eastern Star
and for the officers of the local
Eastern Star. The visiting officers
were- Mrs. Helen Bell Rimmer, Wor
thy Grand Matron; Mr. Hugh William
son Prince, Worthy Grand Patron;
Mrs. Doris Barrat, District Grand
Matron; and Mrs. Alice Shultz, a
Past Worthy Grand Matron of the
state of Florida.
Following the tea at the Rain
water Estate, a banquet was given
in honor of the Worthy Grand Matron
at the Methodist Recreation Room.
After the banquet a meeting was
held at the Chapter Room of the
Highlands Chapter Order of the
Eastern Star.
