They are Ifery Bishop, the leading portrait and stillife artist in the Eastern United States, and Joe Testa-Secca, one of the seven leading artists in America. Testa-Secca was born in Tan^a, Florida in 1928, A graduate of the University of Tampa, he was a medical illustrator in the U. S. Navy* He obtained his M.F.A, degree from the University of Georgia in 1955j and continued his graduate studies at the University of Iowa in 1956. Some of his exhibitions and awards include; Sarasota National, Sarasota Floridai Society of Four Arts, Palm Beach Florida; Art Association of New Orleans, New Orleans, Louisiana; Annual Arts Festival, Provinceton, Mass; Southeastern Annual, Atlanta, Georgia; . Florida State Pkir, Fine Arts Exhibi tion, Tampa, Florida; University of South Florida Invitational, Ten Florida Artists, Tampa, Florida; Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Fhiladephia, F^.; U. S. Information Agency Exhibition touring Europe and Asis; X'Jinter Park Arts Festival. Some of his architectural commis sions include; Itoalss Administration Building (glass mosaic wall). Univer sity of South Florida, Tampa, Florida; Science Building, University of South Florida (concrete relief, exterior walls); Reynolds, Smith and Hills Building (glass mosaic walls), Tampa; (Honorable Mention - Architectural league.
