Each Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. a movie is shown on the patio of the bath house at Cliffside Lake. The films are usually concerning National Forest or National I^irk Service* Each Thursday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon a talk about the duties of a Forest Ranger is given at the shelter on Cliff side laJke. The pro gram is directed primarily for children but adults are welcome. For flower enthusiasts a show-me trip is conducted by Resource Forester Jimmy Bishop on alternate Wednesdays be ginning at 10 a.m. at the Highlands Bio logical Station. Ih addition to these weekly tours a color slide program on "A Winter in High lands" will be presented at the Biological Station Tuesday, August at 8; 00 p.m. by District Ranger James Brox^n. Ranger has a niimber of color slides taken throughout the Highlands area during the past winter. These programs are directed toward tourists visiting Highlands, but local residents are welcome to attend.
