She says he is a "brilliant young director" and has a most promising career ahead of him. After "Warm Peninsula" which shows Friday and Saturday, August 21 and 22, Mies Luce will appear in "Cave Dwellers" August 27-30 at HCT, After glancing over the impressive list of plays in i^hich M.ss Luce has starred in the theatrical Who's I-Jho, it was hard to pick out which roles to mention in her star-studded career, but the ones that are probably the most familiar are Curley’s wife in "Of Mice and Men" which she played both in this country and in Londonj Mimi in "Gay Divorcee" with Fred Astaire| Katherine in "The Taming of the Shrew, She appeared with great success as Viola in "Twslfth Night" at the Stratford-on- Avon Theatre in England^ she scored a memorable success as Cleopatra in "Antony and Cleopatra" at the Westminster Theatre. She also played Nora in "A Doll’s House" and appeared as Sadie Thompson in "Rain." These are only a few of the parts played by Mss Luce.
