Sunday services at the Church of the
Incarnation are at 8sOO, 9s30 and llsOO
a.m. with Sunday School meeting in con
nection with the 9s30 service. Week
days the Holy Eucharist is offered at
8sOO a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fri
days and Saturdays5 and at 10;00 a.m.
on Thursdays. In all cases 1‘ktins is
read 15 minutes before the hour and on
Thursdays the service is followed by an
adult class.
The privilege of visiting several
of Highlands* lovely private homes will
be available next Wednesday afternoon
from 2 s30 until For complete infor
mation, and for reservations (which are
essential) telephone $26-2khh Wednesday
morning, before noon. The Home Tour
on Wednesday, August 26, will be the
last of the season.
A Parish Dinner will be served on
Monday, August 2U, at 6:30 p.m. in the
Fellowship Hall. At 7s30 p.m. in the
Church the annual Parish Tfeeting will
be called to order. Reports of the
past year’s activities will be presented
and four Vestryment elected for a
three year terra.

CIAREWCE MITCHELL
Clarence (Doc) MLtchell is a patient
in the Highlands-Cashiers Hospital where
he is rapidly recovering from an illness
that occurred Sunday the l6th. His con
dition is not as serious as was first
thought, and he will be back-on the job
following a few days of much-needed rest.
"Doc” is very grateful to the
efficient ambulance crew and to Dr. Mke
Mangum for the rapid response to the
emergency call Sunday at 12 s 30* He is
high in his praise of the skilled and
efficient treatment he is receiving at
the Hospital.
Clarence Mitchell has been with the
Highlands Rexall Drugstore ever since
he came to Highlands 37 years ago. He
has been sole owner for 2? years.
During this period of'rest in the
Hospital, ]y&?* Jimmy Hooper, Registered
Pharmacist of Hiawassee, Georgia is on
duty to fill prescriptions at the Drug
Storej;
