Bennett 56 vs. Allen 71
The Belle defense was not its
greatest in this game. Coach
Joyce Spruill told her team
repeatedly to move and not just
stand there. Most of the scoring
were made by fouls because the
Belles did not have good
rebound coverage.

Bennett 85 vs. Thomas
Nelson 45
This was a game to remember
especially for the seniors since
this was their last game. Bennett
crushed Nelson due to their fast-
break throughout the entire
game.
The Belles did a great job on
their rebounds which was also
part of their success not to
mention Rogers scoring a total of
46 points. The team made a
special presentation to the
seniors for all their hardwork and
dedication.

esteem.
Because of sports Meadows re
alized that success breeds self-es
teem. She became confident and
proud which resulted in the accep
tance of herself.
Meadows competitive nature
and teamwork are the values she
said she’ll treasure a lifetime.
Meadows will work with the
athletic department and the
student development office on a
five-year plan that will comprise
a vision for the future of athletics
at Bennett College.
