Do You Think It's Going To Snow? Weather is always a good topic of conversation and it has been especially appropriate dur mg the month of February. Wt have had an unusual amount of snow this winter and the presenc month was no exception. Ai times, snow, mixed with raiti and sleet, have combined tc. make travel in our area dang erous and difficult. Notwithstanding the unpleas- itiirness of bad weather, all of U5 will have to admit that some or tne snow scenes in our moun tainous area are beautiful. 6hown below are two scenes taken here at Ecusta which ex* emplify the type of weather we have been talking about. Job Dividend Means Big Job For Office Personnel When anyone of us receives an individual letter from the company, we are inclined to overlook the detailed work necessary in the preparation of such a letter. It is not nearly as easy as you would think. The preparation of the checks and letters for our Job Dividend entailed a tremendous amount of work. It might interest you to know that it took over 10,000 calcula tions to establish the Job Divi dend which each employee re ceived, and you can realize that so much clerical work takes a long time. Our staff of ac countants worked overtime eve nings and on Saturdays to finish this work. It also entailed the issuing of over 1,700 checks and a like number of envelopes were addressed by our typists. These are only a few of the steps necessary in the prepara tion and distribution of a let ter, such as the one all of us recently received.
