Shaw. ON THE COVER The story of the annual Ecusta picnic is best told with a crowd picture—and Lloyd Harris has caught the spirit of the picnic with the fine crowd scene on our cover this month. As usual, the crowd this year numbered be tween 4,000 and 5,000. One distinguishing feature this year, though, was that it was a throng which almost literally melted down under the hot tem perature. Plenty of ice cold lemonade and ice cream remedied this situation considerably. It was one of the best picnics in the seven year history of the event and this occasion continues to be one of the highlights of the year for Ecustans and their families. PRINTED ON ECUSTA 40-LB. FLAX-OPAKE (BIBLE PAPER) THE COVER IS PRINTED ON CHAMPION KROMEKOTE
