Five Year Service Club News
By Dick Landeck
Ecusta will soon embark upon its tenth year of
successful operation. Many of us have witnessed
the remarkable growth of our mill since the first
machine began to produce fine cigarette paper in
September 1939- Much progress and few errors
have been made since that day. Those of us who
have elected to remain and share in the progress
of Ecusta do not regret our choice. We are em
ployed the year round. Our fellow workers are
our next door neighbors. We live in a veritable
vacation land which abounds in scenic beauty.
Transportation to and from work is a far cry
from the crowded busses, subways and traffic
congested highways of the metropolis.
Some of us are fortunate in our possession of
farmland nearby. We live individual lives, yet we
work as a well equipped, well organized team.
Measure your gain in plain everyday living. The
result will surprise you.
The Five Year Service Club welcomes into its
ranks the following new members: Richard W.
Pace, Maintenance; Fred W. Brown, Champagne;

less Belt; C. Emmitt Reece, Power; Robert E.
