GOOD FELLOWSHIP All over the United States during the week of February 20th you will see large posters displaying the American Flag. This poster symbolizes the spirit ot good will which exists here in America, and which is being celebrated as Brotherhood Week. It is a fine thing that such a week should be set aside, but it is obvious to all of us that the same spirit of friendliness should be evidenced throughout fifty-two weeks every year. We, at Ecusta, try to exhibit on all occasions sincere respect for each other and a true spirit of fellowship at all times. For almost ten years we have worked harmoniously side by side in an effort to make this the best company in existence anywhere. Through our mutual efforts we have made great progress and everyone of us, regardless of his job, has a right to feel he is an important part of the company. We have never tolerated any individual, or group of individuals, who attempted to take advantage of others or to gain special favors for themselves. As a result, we have a right to be proud of the true feeling of democracy which exists among all of us. Because we have had the privilege of living and working in a place where a spirit of justice and tolerance prevails, we can wholeheartedly join with the rest of the country in emphasizing the impor tance of harmony and good will. If the progress of our nation, or our community, is to con tinue, we must be certain that justice, tranquillity, and friend ship are genuinely in evidence. We can help to make these things a fact, not by words alone, but by practices at home and on the job. We must demonstrate our devotion to our demo cratic way of life, if we expect to earn the peace and happiness for which we all strive so earnestly.
