MR. GEORGE F. HUSKAMP
On February 1, 1924, George F. Huskamp be
gan his association with Mr. Harry H. Straus, as
assistant to Mr. Thomas N. Word, who, at that
time, was Vice President and Treasurer of the
Cork Import Corporation, New York.
George can always be depended upon to lend
a willing and able hand, and all who know
him intimately will tell you that he is a jolly
good fellow.
George’s love of baseball is traditionally fa
mous at Ecusta. This love is readily explained
since he is a native of Brooklyn. While he is
not on the team, as befits his Brooklyn heri
tage, you can always find him in the front row
rooting for ECUSTA. He is still very active in
bowling circles, and his scores have put many
a young keggler to shame.
Our every good wish for your health and
happiness.
Congratulations, George, on your 25 th An
niversary!
We’re not afraid of your scowl,
We’re not afraid of your growl,
We know what’s underneath and shout
George is surely one grand scout .
You’ll have no trouble with Georgie
If your vouchers are strictly Okie.
He’s just as eager as you and I
To be able to say "Aye Aye”.
He’s really a most lovable fellow
And, like good wine, most mellow.
Nettie, Annette, Virginia and Jim,
Alford and the two grandchildren all go for him.
One and all we wish you health
And loads and loads of wealth.
Many, many years of cheer and fun
With Nettie, your children, their little ’uns.
Congratulations on your twenty-fifth.
Seems impossible, almost a myth.
Stay around for many more
Ecusta needs you more and more.
—A secret admirer.
