The wedding of Miss Betty Brydges, daughter of Mr^ and
Mrs. William H. Brydges of Lynchburg, Virginia and Harry
H. Straus, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry H. Straus of Biitmore
Forest, took place Easter Monday, April 18th, in Lynchburg.
The Rev. William J. Meredith officiated, assisted by the Rev.
Francis Bambrick and the Rev. Henry Hammond.
After a honeymoon in Bermuda, the couple will reside in
Asheville.
Many close friends and relatives attended the wedding.
We all join in extending our heartiest congratulations and
best wishes to the young couple, and we are looking forward to
seeing them frequently at Ecusta.
