SHIPPING AND RECEIVING TOMMY NEW, Foreman, FLOYD BUCHANAN, CARL PATTERSON, JOHN LOVE, DOCK SIMMS, LEWIS MEECE, LEROY McCALL, GUY SIGMON, JAMES HOLDEN, WALTER GREEN. CHAMPAGNE PAPER DIVISION One of the many items made by this division are booklets of "roll-your-own” cigarette papers. The contents of the booklets vary from 15 to 150 leaves. Over 200,000,000 cigarettes can be rolled with one day’s capacity production. The covers for these booklets are printed four impressions wide and then slit into rolls (bob bins) of single impressions to be run on the booklet making machine. Champagne Paper Division also manufactures booklets for Home Permanent End Papers, and cuts cigarette paper reams for export to the many countries which make their own cigarette paper booklets by hand. In the Fine Paper Department, Printing, Bible and Tissue paper are reamed, trimmed to size and packed for shipment to the many users of high grade papers. A great many machines used by the Champagne Paper Division are developed and built by the Machine Shop, which also maintains all the equip ment in use. The Job Printing Department prints all forms and labels used by the entire Ecusta plant. Since 1948, all issues of The Echo, including this An niversary issue, have been printed in this depart ment.
