Mr. Word has been associated with Mr. Harry
H. Straus for more than 26 years. He was, of
course, with Mr. Straus when Ecusta Paper Cor
poration was in the process of being formed, and
has been constantly at his side ever since. He has
rendered invaluable assistance in connection with
the intricate financial problems encountered in
the progress, growth and development of Ecusta.
He has worked with Mr. Straus in formulating
company policies relating to the benefits and the
welfare of the employees.
