A complete personnel program is sponsored by the company through
this department. All of the many liberal policies and procedures pertaining
to employee welfare, benefits, insurance, premium pay, wages, etc. are ad
ministered by the Personnel Department. To be of service to all employees
is one of its primary functions. Advice and assistance is rendered to all
who request it on personnel matters, or problems pertaining to their jobs.
