ECUSTA NIGHT Thursday night, October 12, was Ecusta night at the joint meeting of the Southern and South eastern Divisions of the American Pulp and Paper Mill Superintendents Association at the Asheville Civic Auditorium. Approximately 300 members and guests were on hand for the oc casion. Lee M. Bauer was Toastmaster, being intro duced by R. C. Bullock, Chairman of the South eastern Division. Harry H. Straus, Jr., delivered the address of welcome. Appearing on the entertainment program were the Visionettes, "Smiling Red” Roper, the Ecusta String Band and the Ecusta Square Dance Team. A square dance followed this program with every one participating. J. O. Wells spoke at the morning session of the convention on Friday. Harry H. Straus, Jr., makes address of welcome.
