MAINTENANCE GREASE SPOTS By Bruce Cassell Well, Halloween is gone and the spooks didn’t hurt anybody much. Everybody enjoyed the Bingo Party. We hope we have more of them and more often. Coon hunting must be get ting good. We saw Mr. Hug gins with two feet the other day, but we haven’t seen any grease on his chin. Don’t know whether he is going to give us a coon supper or not. We are really proud of our Bowling Team. Hope they can stay on top. Mr. Bagwell spent two weeks' vacationing. He must have had a good one, he came back to work all smiles. Bert Alexander has gone out West. Hope he has a nice trip. Charles Freck, Gordon Black, Calvin Day, Norman Thompson, James D. Cabe, J. Bert Jones, Worth W. Wells, Floyd D. Saunders, Fred L. Johnson, Joe Wright, U. G. George, these men have had or will have taken their vacation by now. Hope they enjoy them a lot. We hear they have started a baking school at Rosman. Mr. and Mrs. John Thad Ashe (Replacement Crew) have announced the arrival of John Thad, Jr., on September 26th. The young man was born in Clayton, Georgia. It’s a boy for Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Israel (Re fining). Clarence Michael was born in Brevard, on October 20th, and weighed in at 8 lbs. 4 oz. Paula Camenzind arrived on October 23rd at her home in Flat Rock. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Enno F. Camenzind (Refining) and tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 8 oz. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Osteen (Replacement) are the proud parents of Sandra Jean who was born on October 23rd at the Patton Memorial Hospital in Hendersonville. Sandra weighed in at 6 lbs. 15 oz. It’s a boy for Mr. and Mrs. Morris O. Ward (Power Department). Morris Oliver, Jr., was born on October 31st at Patton Memorial Hospital in Hendersonville and weighed in at 7 lbs.
