Miss Graveley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Graveley. She has eight brothers and three sisters. Sallie interrupted her school work in the ninth grade to work at the Transylvania Com munity Hospital. She liked hospital work, and, after two years, decided to become a graduate nurse. Realizing that she needed more education, Sallie re-entered Brevard High School and gradu ated this year, while still working an eight-hour shift as nurse’s aid at the hospital. She intends to specialize in either operating room nursing or public health nursing. Miss McCrary, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellison Kay McCrary, has four brothers and four sisters. Graduating this year from Brevard High School, Any girl who lives in Transylvania County, or has a substantial connection with the county, is eligible for an award upon successful completion of her high school education. To be considered, she must write an application letter giving her Left; Dorothea Jo Price Below; Sarah Mull name, age, residence, scholastic record, working experience, and other interests and activities. The letter should also tell her nursing plans and aspir ations. All such letters of application, which may be accompanied by letters of recommendation, should be sent to Ecusta Paper Corporation before March 1st of the year a scholarship award is sought.
