Our parking lot has been resurfaced, walks have
I \ been built, and the area has been marked so that
J more cars than ever can be parked in the area.
Yet, we have not been able to take care of as
many cars as we did in the old parking lot. This
doesn’t sound logical, but it’s true.
The reason is that we are not parking as was
planned. Cars should be parked at the proper angle
between the black lines marked on the curbs. Some
employees are taking up two spaces, some are pull
ing upon the walks, and many are parking at an
angle that prevents other cars from being parked
in the next space.
Whenever we park, let’s give a little thought to
fellow employees who will be following us. The
reason that many cars have to park at the far end
of the parking area, is because of the thoughtless
ness on the part of many of us.
Don’t park just for the sake of parking—park
right.

employees can keep out
of the traffic lanes.
They should never he
blocked.
