We have the names of TV owners in the machine room—ten that we know of, and we thought maybe we would split the 4 shifts up and go to their houses during the holidays. We will draw names to see who goes where. There will only be about 15 to each house. Our next move is to get the TV owners to OK this—enough foolishness. Part of the time she has been under treatment at Transylvania Community Hospital. Celia, hurry back to work, we all miss you. Troy Zachary, who has been out several weeks suffering from injuries received in an auto acci dent, is reported to be very much improved. Richard Sheppard and "Jake” Hossis have been among the lucky ones to get a deer this season. Berlon Wood has traded his Ford for a 48 Chev rolet. The buck, weighing 135 pounds, was brought down with a Winchester, Model 94, ^0-30. Barbara Wilkie Barbara Wilkie, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. How ard Wilkie of Skyland and a junior at Valley Springs High School, was the winner of an essay contest conducted by the Asheville Real Estate Board. Barbara read her essay at a meeting of the board in the George Vanderbilt Hotel. Her essay will be entered in a nationwide contest sponsored by the National Association of Real Estate Boards, and the winner will be awarded a trip to Wash ington in January. 28
