Bird Season is over so Guy Emerson has put his dog in a lot and put away his trusty gun. Guy had good luck this year, getting his limit for the year. Mrs. Donald Owen at this writing is in the hos pital at Hendersonville. We wish for her a speedy recovery. Leland Thomas of Cellophane is in the Transyl vania Hospital. Hurry up and get well. Speedy and Fred need a coon hunting buddy. Curt Gray’s wife and young son have returned from a trip to California. He is making up for those hot biscuits that he missed while they were gone. Shirley Jean Reece was born to Mr. and Mrs. Roy O. Reece (Maintenance) on January 16, 1952, at the Transylvania County Hospital and weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. It’s a boy for Mr. and Mrs. Arthur J. Kinsey (Cello-Chemical and Casting). Jerry Lee was born on January 16, 1952 at the Transylvania County Hospital and weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. Michael Wayne Walker, a 7 lb. boy, was born on January 9, 1952, at the Transylvania County Hospital. Michael Wayne is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph V. Walker, Jr. (Finishing). It’s a baby girl for Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Gilliam (Finishing). Sarah Lynn was born at Mt. Sanitorium on January 14, 1952 and weighed 5 lbs. 3 oz. Ronald Doyle Hamilton was born to Mr. and Mrs. Doyle K. Hamilton (Inspection) on January 15, 1952 at the Victoria Hospital in Asheville and tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 4 oz. Martha Lee Rogers is the new daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Truman Rogers (Converting). Martha Lee was born at the Transylvania County Hospital on January 20, 1952 and weighed IV2 lbs. Mr. and Mrs. William P. Bryson (Pulp Mill) are the proud parents of a baby girl, Nancy Mae, born on January 22, 1952. She arrived at the Victoria Hospital in Asheville and weighed 8 lbs. 4 oz. Mr. and Mrs. John C. Chapman (Cafeteria) an nounce the arrival of a baby girl, Patricia Ann, on January 25, 1952, at home. She weighed 5 lbs. Raymond Elmer Baker, a fine 10 lb. boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Elmer R. Baker (Cello- Chemical and Casting) on February 2, 1952, at the Transylvania County Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Howard R. Wallen (Inspection) are the proud parents of a baby boy, Raymond Eu gene, born at the Victoria Hospital in Asheville on February 2, 1952 and weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. It’s a boy for Mr. and Mrs. John T. Ashe (Cello- Chemical and Casting). Charles Wayne was born at the Angel Hospital in Franklin on January 23, 1952 and weighed 5 lbs. Randall Morris Gevedon, a 8 lb. 11 oz. boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. James C. Gevedon (Cello- Maintenance) on February 15, 1952 at the Tran sylvania County Hospital, Thu happy lad is jerry Thomas, two year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Gtiy Emerson of Little River.
