LEONARD COUSINS COPS ALL EVENTS HONORS IN BOWLING TOURNAMENT Leonard Cousins of the C-ello-Mecks copped the high honors in our annual Ecusta Bowling League Tournament by finishing with a total of 1861 pins for high in the All-Events. Cousins also rolled the highest set score in the doubles event, the highest individual game score in the singles and took the second place honors in the singles; he also took high man on his team in the team event which helped bring the Cello- Mecks in for third place honors in that event. Joe Lavell of the Finishing team came through with a total of 626 pins to win the first place honors in the Singles division of the Tournament. Harvey Souther and Fritz Merrell of the Pirates teamed up in the doubles and won the high hon ors in that event which combined a total of 1183 pins. The Hillbillies captured the highest honors in the team event with a total of 2889 pins. Second place went to the Alley Cats with a total of 2869 pins. Other individual honors of the tournament were all divided among the bowlers with Elmer Baker, Hillbillies, taking the High individual game honors in the Team Event with a game total of 241 pins. Felix Weese, Alley Cats, won the high individual set honors in the Team Event with a set total of 644 pins. Harvey Souther, Pirates, took the high individual game honors in the Doubles Event with a 238 pin game. Leonard Cousins, Cello-Meek had a 626 for the high set score in the Doubles Event and a 249 pin game for the highest individual game score in the singles. Robert Bolt, Transportation, bowled the 2nd highest individual game score in the Singles Event for a total of 241 pins. Tournament prize winners and their scores are as follows: TEAM EVENT TEAM A. S.
