Above: Three of the Cafeteria’s Women in White. Olivia English (left), of the Paper Division Cafe teria, serves a fellow Ecusta employee his choice of one of approximately eight different salads on the day’s menu. Chances are that the salad was prepared either by Anne Kitchen (center photo) or by Ethel Batson (right). Anne is shown pre paring tomato salads while Ethel takes tray of potato salads from refrigerator to place on food line in Cellophane Division’s Cafeteria.
