Also check for nneven tread wear, cuts, or other defects which ■might spell trouble later. Proper tire inflation is an absolute must. too. Be sure the headlights, tuillights and brake lights are in proper working order. Have a friend turn on head and parking lights and step on brake pedal while you check to see that lamps are in working order. Defective lighting could mean the differ ence between life and death.
