ECUSTA HOST TO S. A. M. Above: Panel members held discussion on "Industrial Health.” Left: Main speaker of the evening was M.r, William H. Seymour. Approximately one hundred-fifty persons at tended the monthly meeting of the Asheville Chap ter of the Society for the Advancement of Man agement held December 2 at the Medical Center. At the evening session, held in the Medical Center Auditorium, SAM members heard an ad dress by William H. Seymour, Vice President of the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and head of the Loss Prevention Department. His theme was: Medical Statesmanship' in Industrial Rela tions. Mr. Seymour was introduced to die Society by Dr. Logan T. Robertson, Industrial Medical Consultant of the Medical Arts Clinic, Asheville. Following the address a panel discussion was held, led by the following; Mr. N. H. Collisson, Vice President of Ecusta Paper Corporation and General Manager of the Olin Cellophane Division, who served as Moderator of the group; Dr. Mac Roy Gasque, Medical Director of Ecusta; Dr. Man- son Meads, Director of the Department of Pre ventive Medicine, Bowman Gray School of Medi cine, Winston-Salem; Dr. Allan J. Fleming, As sistant Medical Director of E. I. du Pont de Ne mours and Company, Wilmington, Delaware; ,Dn Edward C. Holmblad, Managing Director of the Industrial Medical Association, Chicago, Illinois; and Mr, William H. Seymour. 9
