Miss Talley, an employee of Ecusta (Planning Office, Olin cellophane division), was presented her crown by Miss Barbara Harris, "Miss North Carolina of 1952.” The three-day festival was held on the Brevard High School Field and featured a wide variety of en tertainment for the more than 2000 persons who at tended. Many Ecustans or members of their families numbered among the outstanding talent appear ing on the Festival program. The event was spon sored by the Brevard Jaycees.
