L Ecusta W.N.C. bowl ing team copped the 19^ 3-^4 championship for the second time in three seasons. The team won the title in 19^2 and after finishing sec ond last year came hack to the top to take the honor again this season. CHAMPIONS Dr. Kaplan shown at left seated at the scoring table is one of Ecusta’s top fans and serves as the teams official scorer at every opportunity. Dr. Kaplan although not a bowler himself is one of the top boosters of bowling in Western North Carolina, and much credit goes to men like him and Edwin Allen for their effort of making bowling success fid in Western North Carolina. HANDICAP LEAGUE CHAMPIONS T Shown at the left is the Bucks bowling team who captured the Han- d i c ap Championship with a total of 31 wins and 21 losses. The Bucks nosed out the Bums by a one-half game margin while the Bees finished in third place one game behind the ivinners. They are seated left to right, Don Graves, J. T.
